i use my camera phone when taking pictures worthy to be posted here.chos.i have tons of pics in my phone waiting to be uploaded but my memory card reader is in Cebu. it's with my other half who left last friday to seek luck in Cebu.so, as of now no pics yet. sorry. 

Iloilo was flooded yesterday.

that was just 2 hours of non stop rain. at that time i was in the office oblivious of the flood outside...

now, people are blaming the city government for not giving attention to the drainage system. 

well, let's not just blame the government. partly, we should also blame ourselves. if we only dispose our garbage properly, this will not happen. if we only help the government clean our city. 

oh well..
